Great knowledge of the property, quite helpful, and very amiable
Jack was very personable and friendly, and made an effort to be more helpful and available than was strictly necessary. Even after we moved he checked in with us to make sure I didn't have any more questions etc.
For negotiation, Jack applied gentle encouraging pressure to up the price, but nothing too pushy, basically an ideal middle ground negotiator for vendor and purchaser.
Jack also spent some time to help me measure the place after purchase, so I could organize furniture. He helped me work out how turn on various appliances and was quite warm and chatty, able to paint a great picture of what living there would be like. He also had an impressive grasp of the enormous building and surrounding area.
Frankly, Jack was a pleasure to work with.

We started the open house beginning Feb and the buyer closed end May. Throughout, Jack kept me informed on the developments in a timely and concise manner. I appreciated the "to the point "updates regardless of the time of the day. Prior to that he liaised with the current tenants which was by no means easy hence we were able to generate enough leads through the open house. What I'm most happy about is that he was able to adjust our strategy as we came across issues along the way eg.. change the price range to get more online views.
