I should have contacted Kenny earlier.
Last year my tenant of 14 years left for home in NZ. My then property manager were servicing me slowly and poorly. My property stayed empty for over 2 months without any viewing. I turned to Kenny Gu of Helium Property Management and within a couple of days I was presented with several prospective tenants and I leased out my property in one week. Kenny provides a timely, highly professional and personalize level of service. He is responsive and dealt with matter very quickly.

We rented a property with Kenny Gu, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.
We had an administrative issue regarding move in date, however Kenny allowed us to move into the property 2 days before our move in date at no extra cost in order to accommodate us.
There were a few issues with the bathrooms in the new property, however Kenny was very quick to respond and all issues were fixed in a matter of weeks.
I have been very satisfied with helium and would highly recommend if you are after an agent who actually responds to you and fixes problems when they arise.

What a great experience dealing with Kenny Gu from Helium Property. I am very difficult to impress but I have to say, Kenny is by far, the best Property Manager in Sydney that I have come across! I really can't recommend him highly enough! He is extremely professional and made our move to Chippendale an easy experience. We had numerous queries and needed help with our car parking space, removalists, key fobs, storage cage, plumbers and he assisted us with efficiency and professionalism to ensure we were happy and able to settle in well. He even found us a washing machine for free just to help us out which we really appreciated and thought it was a very nice gesture.
The service he has provided is top class, he is so hardworking and efficient that he was even responding to emails at 11pm at night just to look after all our needs. We have rented in over 8 properties in Australia so far and I can say Kenny is the most professional and decent Property Manager we have had the pleasure to deal with.
